Clinical Quality Assurance Manager

General Qualifications

  • Graduate of any four-year course
  • At least three (3) years of experience in Quality Assurance, Customer Service role, and supervisory or leadership role.
  • ISO 9001 Documentation, Leadership Training, Problem Solving Tools and Techniques, QC tools, process analysis, 7S and 8D, Customer Service Training, Leadership Training
  • Experience in healthcare industry, medical terminology, medical administration or QA in a medical or business environment is strongly preferred
