General Qualifications:

• Graduate of 4-year Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems Management or any other 4-year Information Technology related courses
• Formal training in systems analysis and design, and project management
• Formal training in Microsoft SQL and Access (optional) database management
• At least 2 years relevant experience in supporting mission critical information systems
• At least 1 year relevant experience in managing information system projects
• At least 1 year relevant experience in programming and database management
• With hospital work experience, an advantage
• Knowledge of Bizbox Systems, an advantage
