General Qualifications:

• College Level, preferably BSN.
• With hospital experience is advantage
• Analytical, keen details and has good negotiation skills.
• Ability to assess, evaluate, explain, teach, and problem solve using critical thinking and knowledge of basic office functions.
• Computer Literate (MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
• Excellent communications skills both verbal and written
• Knowledge of Customer Service principles and practices.
• Strong organizational skills
